today, forever 21 launched its new collection "cirque 21."
we love it.
the clothes have more cute details than regular f21 stuff, and-dare i say it - look like they might be better quality too. here are a few favorite looks:



admirable performance, forever 21, even though you're a little late on the military-styling trend... we'll still be buying those jackets.
